Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may not be used commercially/for profit. I do not currently offer a commercial fee at this time.

Commissions may be posted/used as pfp/etc. but please provide credit @artsudon

I own all rights to the artworks I make, including commissions. Using my work in AI engines is strictly prohibited.

Unless requested otherwise, I retain all rights to use and monetize my art, including posting on social media.

I hold every right to decline a request if I deem it inappropriate according to my skill level or the commission criteria.

I will not do 18+ NSFW or excessive gore.

Submitting a commission request form does not guarantee a commission slot. Slot will be filled once first deposit is paid.

Listed prices are base prices. Please understand that prices may increase depending on additional requests and complexity of the commission.

Payment can be submitted in full or partial payment.

If partial, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due before beginning the sketching phase. The remaining 50% will be due before rendering (painting).

If ordering more than one commission, the 50% deposit will be 50% of the total price. The remaining 50% will follow the same rule.

Payment will be via PayPal only. An invoice will be sent by me.

Free shipping for local (U.S.) orders.

U.S. orders under $30 will be sent as mail. This means that smaller orders will not come with a tracking number.

U.S. orders over $30 come with a tracking number.

For international orders, I will cover 50% of shipping costs while the other 50% will be buyer's responsibility. These shipping fees will be calculated into your total cost.

All shipping is done through USPS. If requesting an alternate carrier, it is buyer's responsibility to pay the difference and additional fees.

Once artwork is shipped, it is out of my hands. Refund will not be available at that time.

After filling out the application, expect for me to reach out to you within a week or five (5) business days to discuss your commission. If commission is approved, at least 50% deposit is expected, and I will begin sketching.

Multiple orders up to a maximum of three (3) are allowed in the form. Please keep in mind that having multiple commission orders will extend the completion and shipping time.

I will send progress images of the sketch for input and revisions. Up to three (3) revisions allowed. Once sketch is confirmed, discussion will take place regarding colors.

Once confirmed, rendering will begin and cannot be revised as this is traditional work.

Please provide visual references if possible. Providing full references allows me to guarantee executing your request accurately and smoothly. Lack of visual references may delay the commission process.

Lack of or inconsistency in communication will delay commission process. To get started on your commission as quickly as possible, please be timely when responding.

Please wait patiently for commissions to be finished and shipped. While commissions should be expected within a 3-4 week timeframe, please give me at most three (3) months max to complete and ship commissions just in case something arises. You are free to ask for updates on your piece if you have not heard in some time. I will give updates during the sketch phase and to confirm and finalize colors.
